| This was a great experience and the award turned out amazing. I sent in a photo that had a lot of detail of a floor plan and I'll I wanted was the outline etched. I was contacted by a real person from the customer service department via email to clarify what I wanted and then was sent a proof before they made it. It was perfect! And it had more detail than I had hoped for. Great product, great customer service and communication. | |
